We designed our OneTAB® family of concentrated powder detergents to improve your manual cleaning process for endoscopes and surgical instruments. Our pre-measured packets offer you TOTAL compliance in 1 simple step.

Each OneTAB packet provides you with high-dose concentrations of three enzymes and detergents that offer you maximum performance against a broad spectrum of cleaning challenges. OneTAB is available in multiple applications to meet all of your manual cleaning needs.

How OneTAB Works

OneTAB Powder is dispensed by simply tearing the packet open and evenly distributing the powder in the sink, basin or ultrasonic cleaner. The powder immediately dissolves and starts working.

Recommended Use:
Non-enzymatic detergent for endoscopes and instruments

Directions for Use:

  1. Open stick pack and evenly dispense OneTAB Flex Powder (OT-FLEX) into a container containing 500 mL–1 gallon (3,785 mL) of water.
    1. Precleaning — Flexible Endoscopes
      1. Immerse sponge into prepared OneTAB solution and wipe the insertion tube.
      2. Place the distal end of the endoscope into the solution and suction through the biopsy/suction channel(s) until empty.
    2. Manual Cleaning — Scopes and Instruments
      1. Clean endoscopes or surgical instruments for at least two minutes.
    3. Ultrasonic Cleaning — Instruments
      1. Clean instruments or endoscope accessories for at least two minutes.
  2. After following facility and society guidelines, endoscopes and instruments should be transported in: (a) a SafeCAP® tray with a clear SafeCAP liner protecting the inside of the tray and a red SafeCAP biohazard liner covering the tray, or (b) other approved transport system. Endoscopes and instruments should be transported horizontally and not suspended. The product’s intended use is for manual cleaning of endoscopes after an endoscopic procedure at bedside, pre-sink or ultrasonic cleaning, and manual cleaning of surgical instrumentation. The product is not a high-level disinfectant and should only be used to preclean endoscopes prior to cleaning and high-level disinfection.

  • Bedside (pre-clean), Pre-sink™, sink, and ultrasonic cleaning.

Warnings and Precautions:

  • The product should never be reused as this may lead to cross-contamination.
  • The product should only be used by qualified personnel with training in endoscope and surgical instrument reprocessing procedures. Personal Protective Equipment should be worn when using this product.
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer’s guidelines regarding the acceptable care, cleaning, and maintenance of each individual endoscope and surgical instrument should be reviewed prior to any cleaning procedures are performed.
  • CAUTION: Do not consume or swallow the product. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Keep away from children. Discard used solution. DANGER: Causes eye irritation. May cause skin and respiratory irritation, allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if inhaled. Wear respiratory protection if ventilation is inadequate. IF SWALLOWED: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth. IF INHALED: Breath comfortably. IF ON SKIN: Wash with soap and water. If irritation occurs, get medical attention. IF IN EYES: Rinse carefully for several minutes. When comfortable, remove contact lenses and continue rinsing. SEE SDS for additional information.
